Coaching Options
Powerlifting Coaching
$225/month
Fully customized programming
Your coach will create a personalized training program tailored to your specific goals, ensuring that every aspect of your training is optimized for your success.
Weekly technique analysis
Submit weekly videos of your lifts for in-depth technique analysis. Your coach will provide a detailed video review, highlighting technical improvements for each lift.
Unlimited communication
You can message your coach anytime to address any questions, concerns, or training-related issues you may encounter.
Nutrition guidance
Whether you’re bulking, maintaining, or cutting, your coach will provide nutritional guidance to keep you on track of everything.
Coaching Mentorship
$275/month
One-on-one mentorship calls
Over the next 12 weeks, you will work closely with coach Jim Elli who will help you level up your coaching game and develop your problem-solving skills to the next level.
Fundamentals of program design
You will learn how to master the art and science of programming through a comprehensive curriculum that covers:
- Bottom-up vs top down programming fundamentals
- Crafting individualized programs based on sports psychology principles
- The best hypertrophy practices for strength athletes
- Effective strategies for overcoming training plateaus
- Optimal strategies to peak for competition
Pain management for athletes
You will learn how to implement the bio-psycho-social model to help manage and minimize pain throughout your athletes training journey.
Building coach-athlete relationship
You will learn how to leverage Self-Determination Theory and the fundamentals of sports psychology to establish trust and create an environment that empowers your athletes to thrive in their training journey.

To get started, simply complete our coaching application form. This helps us to gather essential information about you for the consultation call.
The more information you provide, the more accurately we can tailor our coaching to your specific needs from the get go.

After you have filled out the coaching application form, you will receive a link in your email for booking the consultation call.
During the call we will learn more about you and discuss how we can address your specific needs to help you achieve your short-term and long-term goals.
Powerlifting Coaching
Start your training
If we’re a good fit for you, we will set up our first block development call shortly after to build out your first training block.
Your training will be deployed to your custom training app and your coach will make weekly adjustments to dial in the stress to ensure you can perform well every session.
Coaching Mentorship
Choose the starting date
We will have our first mentorship call within 14 days of the initial consultation call.
You will choose two days each week for the weekly mentorship calls and if your schedule ever changes, we can change the dates accordingly.

Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Students are eligible for a $30 discount on both coaching options.
Do you only coach powerlifters?
Most of our clients are powerlifters but as long as you want to get stronger in one way or other, we can help you.
How long until I receive my first program?
You will receive your program within 48 hours of the initial consultation call.
Who is the Coaching Mentorship for?
The Coaching Mentorship is a great option for current and aspiring coaches. It’s also a good option for self-coached athletes. We will tailor the mentorship for your background and needs accordingly, which ensures you will get the most value out of it.
