Jim Elli

Powerlifting Coach

For the past 6 years, Coach Jim Elli has been coaching lifters around the world to become the strongest versions of themselves. He’s helped to develop multiple world record holders in powerlifting, as well as dedicated strength athletes simply interested in becoming strong for life.

When he’s not obsessing over the nuances of strength training for his clients, he’s likely taking pictures to pursue his secret passion in hopes of becoming either a nat geo photographer or America’s next top model.

Tyson Eckel

Powerlifting/Strength Training/Mindfulness

Tyson earned his bachelor’s degree in Biokinetics from Bethel University in 2016. Over the last 5 years, he has coached a wide variety of clients (high school students to grandparents, new lifters, and competitors), and enjoys connecting with each one.

Tyson’s best lifts competition lifts Squat 485, Bench 257, and Deadlift 585 @181 lbs. When he isn’t picking up barbells and setting them down again, or helping others do the same, you can find him reading, walking the paths by the Mississippi River, or meditating on a cushion.

Seif is our team celebrity coach. He’s been making huge waves in the powerlifting world as he blends his experience as a lifter and coach to educate lifters around the world. As a bilingual coach (Arabic, English), Seif helps lifters new and experienced get strong as heck with his intrinsic ability to make a wonderful impression on everyone he meets.

Coach Verena Grimm is a german superstar. With experience in both bodybuilding and powerlifting, Verena brings a unique perspective on nutrition and strength training that any lifter can benefit from.  Sustainability is at the core of her coaching practice. From her approach to mindful eating to ensuring each training plan leads to both short-term results and long-term success, you are in good hands with Verena Grimm.

Seba Ehmann is the embodiment of what Michelangelo was aiming for when sculpting David. Seba has dedicated the majority of his teens and early 20’s optimizing his physique, maximizing his strength, and helping fellow lifters achieve their lifting goals along the way.
